By booking an appointment in the form of a personal appointment or online appointment, you confirm the following general conditions, which are intended to simplify the processes.

Scheduling and payment

I am looking forward to your visit and would like to offer you the best possible support. All appointments take place after registration and payment in advance. To do this, please register using the booking button on my website (www.corneliatrompke.com). 

If you have found a suitable date in my calendar, please transfer the agreed amount via Paypal. If you don't have a PayPal account, please contact me by mail to arrange payment by bank transfer. With receipt of the amount the registration and/or reservation is considered as confirmed. 


In the case of payment by means of a payment method offered by PayPal, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal"), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - subject to the Terms of Payment without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-ful 

Dates & Events

For an online appointment, please contact me via zoom or skype as stated in your booking confirmation.

Length of appointment

The length of each session is indicated for each one of my offers and can be seen at the time of booking.

Date delays 

Should it come with you nevertheless once to a delay, I will try to rearrange my calendar somewhat. If this is absolutely not possible, the session will be shortened out of consideration for subsequent sessions. A proportional refund is not possible in this case. 

Cancellation conditions

If you are unable to attend a session, please give me the opportunity to offer the date to another interested person in good time. I will cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session. For shorter cancellations the total amount will be charged. Please notify the cancellation or postponement via the booking portal on my website.

Prices & Services

Generally my current prices are valid, which you can find in the booking options on my website. Changes & mistakes are reserved.

Liability

All topics and contents of my sessions are to be understood as suggestions. As a client, you decide on your own responsibility to what extent and in what way you will get involved with the processes and contents of my sessions. 

If you should need medical, therapeutic or psychiatric help, I recommend you to contact an expert and appropriately trained physician, psychologist/therapist or trained alternative practitioner! My offers are no substitute for a clinical-therapeutic or medical treatment. Under no circumstances should you stop taking medication prescribed by your doctor!

A normal physical, mental and psychological resilience is a prerequisite for participation in my sessions.

In all other respects my liability as organizer is excluded. 



Health restrictions

As a client, you are obliged to inform me before or at the beginning of a session whether you are in psychiatric or mental treatment and/or are using psychotropic drugs (medication) or narcotics in the sense of the Narcotics Act.

If it turns out that you do not currently have the normal physical, mental and psychological capacity, I will end the session at your expense. I do not work with people who are acutely under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you should nevertheless appear intoxicated at a session, I will terminate the appointment or, if necessary, the cooperation at your expense. This means that there will be no partial/repayment of the amount you paid.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships. 

If your place of business is outside the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, my place of business shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract. As the provider, however, I am entitled in the above case in any case to call the court at your place of business as a client.


Alternative dispute resolution The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the Internet under the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved. 


I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer mediation body.
